The building is all of the complex functions, it's appearance is fit to it's surrounding environment. The building is concerned both with the outside and the inner traffic. The interior design shows the true face of the complexum but its outside facade is strongly linked to the surrounding environment. It's prominent entrance attracts visitors. The building ensemble shopping, entertainment and sports facilities, restaurants and offices were located. The functions of the building: 3 basement level parking + 1 basement trade level + ground floor and 1. floor commercial and service areas, 2. floor restaurants and sports areas and individual office floors outstanding array from 2. to 6. floor. The 1/6 built-in area of the ground floor is functioned as a covered street in the 24 hours a day.
