Geocache Description:

This is another cache in the Faded Markers Series. This series will mainly focus on older, near forgotten burial plots of pioneers in the Niagara Region and beyond. The goal of this series is not necessarily the length of the walk nor the difficulty of the find, but rather a simple reverence for those who came before us to shape our area.

The cache is not at the posted co-ordinate but there is a marker here with some information you will need to find the final cache, which is a camo'd 30 caliber ammo can!

With this cemetary's proximity to nearby residences, please use discretion when visiting this area, so no night caching, please!

Welcome to the Stoner Family Cemetary.

Here lies a solitary marker which is a testament to a family who helped to shape Port Colborne when it was merely a small port on the southern terminus of the newly constructed Welland Canal.

In order to find the final cache, answer the following questions and place the answers into the appropriate places in the co-ordinate puzzle.

A = the last digit in the year of Christian Stoner's death

B = the number of letters in Abraham Stoner and Esther Herr son's first name

C = the number of "L"s in Joseph Stoner's wife Margaret's last name

D = the 3rd digit of Clarence Neff's birth year

E = the # of wives Peter Neff had

F = the first digit of everybody's birth year

G = Myron Ellsworth age at death

H = the sum of the digits in Warren Neff`s year of death, divided by 3

J = number of letters in Daniel Stoner`s wife`s first name

K = 3rd digit of Maria Durrin`s year of birth
