Geocache Description:

Growing up in country towns (and Canberra is included in that) during the 1970’s, we only ever had the ABC (god love 'em now) and one commercial TV station to watch.

That one commercial station would screen the ‘big’ shows of the time, and of course HAPPY DAYS, with Mr and Mrs Cunningham, Richie, Joanie, and of course, The Fonz, was one of those shows. I can remember how most of the guys at school always wanted to be like Fonzie (although they would deny it now)……………I mean to say, a leather jacket always looked cool.

So with the recent passing of Mr. C (Tom Bosley), I thought a tribute cache to HAPPY DAYS should be the go.

To work out GZ, which is not at the posted co-ords, simply go to your friend, Wiki, and answer the following questions. I hope those fellow HAPPY DAYS fans might learn something more about the show. And just in case you didn't know, one extra tid-bit before you go off searching....…..Fonzie's leather jacket now hangs in the Smithsonian Institute……now that has to be 'cooooool'!!!!

GZ can be found at South 35 13.ABC and East 149 10.DEF, when:

A = The Jenny Piccalo character (played by Cathy Silvers) appeared from season A onwards.
B= ‘Mork from Ork’ appeared in an episode in series B
C = Tom Hanks appeared in an episode, seeking revenge against Fonzie for pushing him off a swing, when in C grade at school.

D = Ron Howard (Richie) was in the show for the first D series (MINUS 7)
E = The first E series of HAPPY DAYS were filmed in a Single camera set up
F = The ‘Jumping the Shark’ episode aired on 20/09/197F

The cache is in a Prime position, but not quite under Southern Cross.

Hope you enjoyed the trip down HAPPY DAYS memory lane………

Heeeeyyyyyyyyyyy.......
