Biking though Key Biscayne residential streets I found this artistic creation. It is the clever painting of a large 10 foot tree stump to look like a face. It made me stop.

The cache is NOT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY and can be accessed from the sidewalk/street. Please replace exactly as found so that the hint continues to apply.
