Bug Post on T-Gap Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

3 Williams Kidz: Well, all good things must come to an end, and that is the case with this TB Hotel cache of ours, that we placed over 4 years ago. Per our previous entry that Temporarily Disabled the cache, the great hiding spot met the chainsaws, and the huge juniper bush is no more. The branches and greenery are now all gone, and there is nothing but flat dirt in its place. Without a hiding spot, we are archiving this cache. But, we will keep an eye on the spot (that we drive past several times a week) and if something is put in its place that could support a cache, we will try to place one. Thanks to all cachers that found this one -- we appreciate it [^]

Geocache Description:

Difficulty and Terrain are easy, but there could be lots of muggles about.
“Bug Post on T-Gap” is the short name for “Travel Bug Trading Post on Templeton Gap”. The name comes from the desired purpose – a Travel Bug (and any other trackables) trading post in the middle of town, where we hope to see lots of TB trading activity. T-Gap is a nickname for Templeton Gap, the road right next to the cache location.

An ammo can in the middle of town can be very tempting, but be careful, and stealthy – it is placed right next to a pretty busy street (Templeton Gap) and is in the parking lot of a small but sometimes busy shopping area. It could be an easy cache and dash, or it could be a muggle-infested challenge.

Congratulations to hartsdale -- FTF on another geocache !!!
