Take the Transalpine Road to Grand Falls. Then turn onto a dirt road that will be a snowmobile trail in the winter time called ITS 81. This time of the year you can drive almost to the cache site. There is ample turning at the cache site. In the winter it will be a 4.4 mile hike, snowshoe, ski or snowmobile ride to get to the cache site. There is a big puddle to get through at the beginning to warn the ones without a 4-wheel drive.
This cache is hidden at the historical site of an old mill located along the Passadumkeag River. You will see the remnants of the foundation when you arrive. There will be iron rods poking up out of the foundation.
