A two step multi. Cache is a small pb jar in an unusual location. Retrieve carefully so you will know how to replace it.
The coordinates will bring you to a tall red stone monument to "Stephen Standley". You can read the stone from your car.
For the North coordinates: Take the last 3 numbers from Stephen's year of death and subtract 20. Put the result here:

For the West coordinates: Take the last 3 numbers from Marilla's birth year and add 9. Put the result here:

Drive (or walk) a short way down the road to a patch of woods and start hunting for the final.
