The original stage 1 has gone missing. After solving the above puzzle please add .058 to the north and add .014 to the west coordinates.

Have the following information with you while searching for cache;

Using the Bottom Date 1st,

Use 4 digits of the year read as ABCD. Divide A into BCD = Direction.

Subtract Top date from Bottom and add 50 = Distance.
