Foxylicious: Headed over to this area to replace the cache today and found that it's now been marked as private property and there's construction going on there. Sad - really liked this spot. Will try to find a different home for the cache.

A roarin' TB mansion in the middle of a sleepy village.
This luxurious water-front TB mansion is a hoppin place for travel bugs to visit in a quiet little spot many are probably unaware of.
You're looking for a big painted ammo can -watch your fingers when you close it, it's a bit of a snapper!! Please take only one TB per person and whenever possible, trade one TB for another. Also, pretty please re-hide it and camo it well - not sure how much muggle activity is afoot here. Plenty of parking right near the spot. Please be courteous to the neighboring homes. Another cacher says there's poison ivy here - be careful! Note from my geo-husband foxual's geo-grandma, a Spencerport native: this spot is an old mill race.
