Named for the woman who looks out over the valley.
I have often wondered about what the woman of wood sees,
sometimes she is totally covered in Ivy and gets lost in plain
sight...
"There is a woman of wood who looks to the south-east,
her companion is the trout of the river~
She is swimming in a sea of vines,
and sees on a clear day, Mt Rainier."

I placed this cache so that people's attention will be drawn to a
little noticed sculpture of a mermaid that sits on the corner of
Alder and 1st Street. Do not tear up any plants or trees retrieving
this cache.
It is NOT on the Statue, there is no need to leave the sidewalk at
all to reach this one.
Please hide as found so gardners do not remove!
Bring a writing stick. Many muggles! Please use extreme stealth at
this cache site, there ARE people watching!!
Park and Grab. Parking on street, do not block any driveways or
park in any of the parking lots.
