This cache is located on the east side of the Seorak Sunrise Park at the far south end near the signs that welcome visitors to the wonderful port city of Sokcho.
There are many enjoyable sculptures in this park as you walk from the central parking area. And, of course, the beautiful views of the Eastern Sea.
There are also wonderful sites to visit traveling north towards the DMZ observation point.
