Geocache Description:

Definitely not a cache n dash

Take a snack and enjoy the view of the whole wind farm from this location.
This cache is located on Cefn Y Rhondda near the last Wind Turbine, of Ferndale Wind Farm. I cant imagine that this will be a very active cache like some of my other caches you need to get out of the car and walk. There are several footpaths crossing the area but it does take a little effort to get here. Nearby is the trig TP2089 "easy access" (snigger) to both the trig and cache from St Peters church Pentre. Footpath at the end of Pentre Rd - rear of old peoples home. Please check out your route before atempting this cache the above may not be sutible for you.
There are several access point to get to this cache but you will need to walk to the cache as there is no vehicle access. For easy access to this cache and a possible 3 other caches, park in Lime Street Car Park N 51° 39.722 W 003° 27.012 From here got through Darren Park (GC1R8YN) then head from footpath/bridleway N 51° 39.860 W 003° 27.150 a easy flattish walk over to Area 43 "Castle in the Sky" (GC3FFQ3). Then head to this cache from there. Once found, head back via Beyond the Kissing Gate (GC20DCR) then down the path back to parking.
You are looking far a small container *hidden under natural geoflage* original contents of logbook and pencil. Please replace carefully but its probably safe due to the location.
