Challenge of the Century: Power Run! Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

AggieMD: With the advent of so many power trails nearby, the challenge is nearly obsolete. A new twist will be created soon. Thanks to all those who took up the challenge and tried something new. My intent with any challenge is to get geocachers to try something they never thought of doing before. I hope to continue that tradition soon. Thanks again. [:D]

Geocache Description:

The Cache IS at the posted coordinates but there is a Challenge Requirement!! Logs not complying with this requirement will be deleted.

Ever had a long day of caching?

Ever had a day of caching that started in the dark and ended in the dark?

Ever had a power run with over 100 caches in a single calendar day?

If so, then this cache is for you!

The Challenge

Numbers. We are fascinated by them. We love to celebrate milestones and goals met of various numbers. One hundred always seems to be a significant number that gives us a sense of accomplishment.

The Cache

This is the easy part. It's near the interstate and easy park and grab. Fulfilling the requirements for the challenge is the hard part.

The Rules and Regulations

* You must find at least 100 caches within a 24 hour period in one calendar day. Multiple calendar days do NOT count.
* This Unknown (Mystery) cache does NOT count toward the 100 cache requirement.
* There are no date restrictions for this Challenge. Previous finds DO count, so you may already qualify.
* All cache types anywhere in the world past, present, and future ARE allowed for this Challenge: Traditional, Multi-cache, Virtual, Letterbox Hybrid, Unknown (Mystery), Webcam, Wherigo, Earthcache, Event, CITO, Mega-Event, Project APE, Maze Adventure Exhibit, and Locationless (Reverse)

This Challenge is open to everyone. Feel free to contact me to make wheelchair accessible arrangements.

Challenge caches incorporate special logging requirements and are listed as Mystery/Puzzle caches. Typically they require the seeker to have previously met a reasonable geocaching-related qualification.

I will delete all "found it" logs without confirmation .... the final decision is mine as the cache owner and it is at my discretion who has truly qualified to make this find and who has not. I say that only because the coordinates are real and if anyone finds this cache, signs the log, and logs a "found it" online without having verified their qualification to do so, will be forcing me to remove their log online.

Demonstrate this logging requirement any way you see fit; reference your profile, text in the log, attach an image, create a Bookmark list, etc.
