The cache is located near an area visited by fishermen, but most of the time you'll have the area to yourself.
It's located in plain sight, but out of the normal view of those not actively looking for it.
Please be careful when retrieving the cache, and don't attempt it if you have doubts about your abilities. Also, please be respectful of the environment by not using any equipment or techniques that might damage the plant life. I test-retrieved it without any gear, so it's possible to do so.
I understand that not everyone who logs this cache will have physically retrieved it him or herself, but if you do the retrieval for a group, be sure to take the credit you deserve in the logs.
