This is the first in a series of caches in which you need to identify record album covers (jackets) to locate the coordinates for the cache. The real cache should be a quick drive by. Each photograph of a record has been given a random letter to identify where the number needs to be entered into the coordinates. The band name and the record name has been covered up in each photograph. The challenge is to identify them from the artwork.
Each photograph of a record album has been given a random letter to identify where the number needs to be entered into the coordinates listed below. In order to solve this puzzle you need to:
1) identify the date that the 10 labelled records were released on. If the record has more then one release date (England and the U.S.) then use the earliest date.
2)Once you have done this then you need to put the 10 record covers in order based on there release date earliest to latest (e.g., 1943 would come before 1992). Number each record in this list from 0 to 9.
3) The new number (0-9) now assigned to each record will replace the letter associated with the picture. Substitute the new numbers in place of the letters into the following set of coordinates and you should be good to go.
