An educational cache for you now.
You may be wondering what a PBGV is and let me tell you its a dog. It is short for petit basset griffon vendeen (its french).
Now you may be wondering why its here, its here becuase this is close to one (there arent many) breeders in the UK.
info- this dog is quite rare and there aren't many about, it is a full pedigree dog and you are able to show them at dog shows, this is how I found out about the dogs( I saw them at crufts). The breeders don't want the dog to become too common, but I thought because geocaching is a well known secret that i would tell some people about the very 'happy breed'.
the breed is a type of hound that hunts rabbit, duck, wild boar and many more. it is known as the happy breed. it is very strong headed and will not do what it is told. there is another breed which is called a GBGV which stands for grand basset griffon vendeen which is a bigger version of the PBGV.
the cache- its a film canister, and tree cover may play its part in this one.
hope to see you out on the trails with my PBGV (bet you didn't expect that), I will post a pic of her later on.
one last thing, Miffys (my dog) sister won best puppy at crufts!!!
