Treedle Dee is a small cache (a click-lock box) hidden on the edge of Ty Mawr country park, not far from Llangollen. It's a lovely location for family outings with a play park, some animals (from rabbits to llamas) and a nice circular walk down to the river (hence the name).
The cache is mostly pushchair friendly. If you choose to walk around the park, please be aware that the terrain is quite steep in a couple of places, so you'll need to be reasonably fit (or just take your time, of course). The circular walk is 0.9 miles according to the signs. More adventurous and mobile cachers may want to do the walk down to the aquaduct, which is a further 1.2 miles away.
The cache itself is a tupperware-style container containing a log book, a pen (please don't steal the Sharpie!) and some kiddy-friendly trinkets. Please be sure to hide it well again afterwards, in case it gets muggled.
Parking is available at the additional waypoint listed, but please be aware that the car park has restricted opening times (so night-cachers may wish to park on the road nearby).
