Posted coordinates bring you precisely to my favorite lookout spot
in town. I've spent many moments here watching life go by in
timeless thought. This location has nothing to do with the cache so
you don't need to go here unless you'd like to!
Now on to the puzzle, coded in a bit of a homage to Garvus &
taxman417 if I do say so myself. They are both very crafty with
their wording. Every line from here on out is a clue:
First of all, if you're going to bad-mouth this cache in
Verplanck, just zip it and keep trying to decode for
coordinates!
If you find you're heading towards Buchanan, subtract 22
If you find you're heading towards the river, subtract 90
