Bun Thap Cam. Over the last 20 years, I cannot count the number of times I have come here and ordered Bun Thap Cam (noodles). Most others order the Pho (soup), I think, but with me it's always the same: Bun Thap Cam. It's likely the single most often consumed lunch by me ever, anywhere. I've probably spent enough here, one lunch at a time, to buy the place. All worth it.
