Geocache Description:

The cache is a small, army green lock-and-lock located at the end of defunct Dwight St in Medfield. Parking is available off of Causeway St near the jersey barrier. I do not recommend driving any further.

Quinobequin was the name the Wampanoags gave to the Charles River. The word is loosely translated as meaning "meandering river".

This abandoned road was once a link between Medfield and Millis however; During the Great Flood of 1936, the bridge was washed out and never rebuilt.

The cache is accessible from the river although you will need to disembark.

Congrats to Mookie for FTF
