This is a camo'd 2 litre ice cream container . Go to the SW corner in Goodwood's South Park and you will find a trail that will lead you to the cache, the last part of the trail being not as well defined as it is in the beginning. It will take about 15 minutes to get there from the parking lot.
There are no items for trading in the cache unless you'd like to trade something for a sour grape. Just 1 now. Don't be greedy.
