The "In Extremis Series" is a collection of caches that we will be placing on our travels. As the name suggests, each cache will be hidden approximately 160km from our home, the furthest that Groundspeak will allow a cacher to hide a cache from home these days.
Each cache will have inside of it a clue that will need to be recorded. Once the cache series is entirely hidden, all of the clues will be able to be compiled to reveal the location of the In Extremis Mystery Cache.
This cache is not designed to be anything other than a point in a series. It is a very simple road side cache near a busy main road.
I placed this cache whilst passing through the area for work. We sometimes come this way if we are accessing the New England Highway. Or if we are going hiking in the Northern parts of the Wollemi National Park.
The Putty Road runs for 150km between Windsor and Singleton. More information on the highway can be found at (visit link) .
