This is a cache near lovely Khayr Khot Castle in Afghanistan. The Cache should be in a secure area accessible 24/7.
Khayr Khot Castle, as it is called, was built by a British national in the 1890s. It has since passed through many hands. The Soviets took it over in the early 80s and put in the domes on the towers. Their behavior there, kidnapping local women and using the facility as an interrogation center, helped give it a haunted reputation. The Taliban owned it in the 90s and it passed into Coalition hands since late 2001. Since then, it has been the home to many a geocacher. Due to the nature of the local area, the cache is in a secure area, and accessible 24/7. Use care, as some of the muggles might not understand your behavior.
