This cache is located near the only seasonal neighborhood cemetery in Milwaukie. I found this creepy location to be a fitting site for this Halloween Cache.
Parking is limited during Halloween. Cache is located off the sidewalk. Terrain may be suitable for a wheelchair, but you may not be able to quite reach it.
Area can be very busy during the Halloween season. PLEASE USE EXTREME STEALTH. Please put cache container back in the ziploc bag so it does not rust
