D'une superficie de 3,87 ha, ce parc présente une diversité intéressante d'espaces et de fonctions. En pénétrant par son entrée principale, vous êtes accueilli par un puissant jet d'eau qui anime un grand bassin rond ourlé de pierre bleue. Cet espace d'accueil est aménagé de bancs bien exposés et adossés à gauche à un jardin de rocaille. Dès l'entrée, on aperçoit de vastes pelouses verdoyantes où jouent de nombreux enfants. Ces coulées vertes aux pentes adoucies sont ceinturées de deux allées ombragées. En empruntant celle de gauche, on découvre le jardin des parfums spécialement conçu pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Het George Henripark dat zich over 3,87 ha uitstrekt, biedt een interessante diversiteit aan ruimten en functies. Wie door de hoofdingang het domein betreedt wordt verwelkomd door een krachtige waterstraal in een groot, rond bekken met een boord in blauwe steen. Deze ruimte is uitgerust met goed georiënteerde banken, links van een rotstuin. Vanaf de ingang zie je de ruime groene grasvelden waarop veel kinderen spelen. Deze vloeiende groene zachte hellingen worden omringd door twee schaduwrijke dreven. Als je de linker neemt, ontdek je de tuin van de geuren, speciaal ontworpen voor mindervaliden.
This park with its area of 3,8 ha. offers an interesting diversity of spaces and functions. When you come through the main entrance, you are welcomed by a powerful fountain in the middle of a big round basin fringed with blue stone. This welcoming space is surrounded by nicely put benches on the left of a rock garden. From the entrance, you see children playing on the vast green lawns. These pedestrian zones with their gentle slopes are bordered by two shady paths. By following the left one, you will discover the perfume garden, which has especially been designed for disabled people.
