Geocache Description:


Beautiful swampy area. Boots may be prudent. Watch out for swamp creatures.

The Honey Island Swamp monster is a humanoid cryptid reported from Honey Island Swamp, LA since '63. Native Americans, called this creature Letiche. Cajuns call it the Tainted Keitre. It is described as bipedal, 7' tall, with gray hair and red eyes. The creature has a disgusting smell. Footprints supposedly left by the creature have 4 webbed toes.

You are looking for regular sized ammo can maintained by Mscapt & 3cachenight. Original contents include a Signal the Frog FTF GC, Honey Island Swamp Monster TB and numerous "swamp creatures" inside. This is a beautiful area, bring your camera and please practice CITO.
