This cache is on a Coalition Forces (CF) Military Base. All US service members, contractors, CF service members, or CF contractors that are authorized on base can access this cache. This cache is not within any secondary perimeter or high security area.
Normally this would be in your fridge containing last nights leftovers, finding this cache will yield a small hard to come by souvenir from Hephaestus; if you take it you must leave something of equal value. Cache also contains log and pencil with room for most normal items. Terrain is typical of area and easily accessible. Muggles are rare.
