Cache in the Finley park on IH 10
I saw this display from the highway and wanted to call it to everyone's attention. Easy off and on for west bound travelers, truckers, and RVs. I found no easy way to access the park for locals or east bound traffic. There is a short steep climb.
Take west bound exit 273 and then keep to the left.
