retiredprof: In light of geocaching's recent changes to the publishing rules, I am archiving all 150 of my challenge caches. I am a retired psychology professor, not a computer programmer. I am simply unable to comply with the new geochecker rules. I am sad that I have to do this. For those who have already begun any of my challenge caches, please note that you can still log archived caches. If you have any problems with this decision, please contact the geocaching authorities so that your suggestions may be considered.

Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden in the SW part of Yuba City at the above-listed coordinates. In order to log this cache, you must find 25 gold nuggets, as explained below.

**********LOGGING REQUIREMENTS**********

California is known for its gold, and for the rush of miners into the state during 1849. In order to log this cache, you must join the gold rush...that is, you must first find 25 caches with the word "gold" in the title (not the word "golden"). There is no time limit involved, you may already have found them. When logging this cache, list your requisite finds as shown below. And, feel free in your log to mention whether you have ever mined for gold. For example, as a young man I panned for gold numerous times, but the flakes I found were hardly worth keeping. My most vivid memory is of my fingers getting stiff in the cold water...
