Geocache Description:

This is the first in a series of caches hidden near the Appling and Pierce County line.

As we were leaving a Sunday School social near Scuffletown, we noticed an ideal cache location. As we investigated, we realized it was actually an ideal location for hiding multiple caches! We really wanted to do a mini cache run (we could have done about 8-10 caches here) but there just wasn't good parking. So, we decided to just place 3...one in each spot with ample room to pull off the road.

It is an ideal location for many reasons, one being that there are no other caches for many miles. Hopefully, this series will help those of you working on the Georgia County Challenge save some miles, because you can grab both Appling and Pierce Counties within about a mile of each other!

Each cache container is different and each cache is hidden in a slightly different way. I will admit, these are by no means our most creative hides, but we did try to add a little variety.

I don't want to give it away, but I will say that this cache is the largest and probably the easiest in the series. It should be a pretty quick find!
