Should be pretty easy. You may want to plan some extra time for this cache. You'll realize why after you smell the smoke. The owner was excited to allow the cache after I explained Geocaching to him. No need to climb any fences or dismantle anything. Park in the parking lot and not on the road. This is our first cache, have fun. BYOP
