One of a number of caches set out on a circular tour of Monk Coniston Moor. Take a walk or a mountain bike either way the tour will take you off the beaten track and present some fantastic views. Easy gradients all the way. You might even spot the Red Kites.
Taking some less used tracks the route takes you to a magnificent tarn on Hawkshead Moor.
Marked trails do not go any where near this wonderful quiet location which is well worth a visit in its own right any day of the week.
