Geocache Description:

This was Donut Boy UK's first cache but taken over by Nanny Nannoo when the Donut gave up caching. Cache was a small, well hidden click lock box (in a brown camo bag) and contained log book and pencils and lots of little boy toys but had to downsize on relocation. Easily accessible from the road and not really that hard to find! As long as you have your cachers eyes open - but you may have to feel your way a bit. It could be stringing you along!

This was Donut Boy UK's first cache located in Notgrove Cricket field. Original Cache was a small, well hidden click lock box (in a brown camo bag) and contained log book and pencils and did have lots of little boy toys. However, now a much smaller cache after the necessary relocation. Update Autumn 2018. The cricket field was being turned into a glamping site so have had to relocate the cache outside of the field and a little way from the gate. Not such a fun hide as before but at least it is still there! The hint is because my chickens (and next door's) live across the road from the original location! A bit about the place:The hamlet of Notgrove lies on the top of the Cotswolds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Mentioned in the Doomsday Book, the Notgrove Estate is now a family farm of around 1500 acres. Set in some spectacular countryside it includes 400 acres of unspoilt pasture mostly in steep sided dry valleys, interspersed with mixed woodland copses. This land is primarily used for sheep whilst cereals are cultivated on the remainder. There are around 30 Cotswold stone cottages in the quiet and picturesque village, which is typical of the area.
