Its not supposed to become a Park and Grab.
Cache is on a old railbed, which is Property of Kansas Department of Transportation. Also very close to edge of the road. I beleive that many cachers will see the cache before getting out of their vehicle. It will become a park and grab I suppose.
Congradulations to mcpig for FTF and for braving the night to do some geocaching.
