In 2006, the city of Hammond under Mayor McDermott built this
curb and guard rail to stop Calumet City traffic from entering the
Hammond neighborhood. I had to learn how to bypass this on my way
home many times.
This should be a simple PnG, but be aware of the locals. Access
to this cache can be from either side of State Line, but the
Hammond side is a one way going North.
