This cache has a history...it seems someone tried to hide it near Zeke's Welcome 4:Tanah Keeta cache so it never got published and they never picked it up. We did and we contacted the owner but never got a reply.
Since it contained active trackables, we decided to place it ourselves.
It was dedicated to scouting so we thought the new name fit its new location and circumstance.
