The idea behind this cache is maybe someone could strike it rich! I put a one dollar scratch off ticket in the container. Take a dollar scratch off ticket with you and exchange it for the one in the container. Park at Clarion County Park and it's a short walk from there. If you do strike it rich, I promise to be your new best friend!!! BYOP
