This cache is in honor of Becktrex who was very kind to me when I was a Newbie Cacher. Our first Becktrex cache was "Extra Fence" It taught us to always look everywhere and not overlook anything! I am placing this one in rememberance of his fallen cache.

This is the 19th in my "Beatles" series.
"Fixing A Hole" was written and sung by Paul McCartney (credited to Lennon/McCartney)
and and performed by The Beatles on the 1967 album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
In a 1967 interview, McCartney said the following lines were about those fans who hung around outside his door day and night and whose actions put him off.

See the people standing there who disagree, and never win...
And wonder why they don't get in my door

In an interview with Q magazine from around the time of his 1997 album Flaming Pie, McCartney said that the song's lyric began with the simple idea of someone "mending a hole in the road".
