Cache is a peanut butter jar! The first stage of this two stage multi can be difficult to park at - it is public property but sometimes there is already a car parked there. Please do not attempt this cache during rush hour traffic - the road is very busy.
The second stage is not really that far away. First stage requires some counting.
At stage one - you will see a sign on the fence - use this sign to get the co-ordinates for the final.
