A friend of mine and I have "adam and alicia adventure" days. We decided on one gorgeous fall afternoon, we would get out into nature as we love to do together. I was going to soak up some leftover caches from the Homestead trail and we were going to adventure all the way to the end, a feat never performed by us before.
As we continued out our "roll" (as we like to call them), we approached this obstacle that Adam could not pass in his wheelchair. We laughed for many minutes and joked about it being a "wheelchair tightrope." We were specifically taken by the fact that there are posts denoting that a trail exists at this point.
The obstacle caused us much trouble as we were destined to complete our mission to approach the end of the trail, but we had a good laugh. We placed a cache here for the good memory and hope that others will walk to the end and overcome this wall.
*Cache is an easy grab. You can park near the cache off the service road without a problem and run over for the find or walk/bike the path for the 9 other caches and enjoy a rest here.
