Once I realized that this park was fair game again (RH used to have a great multi here), I knew that I had to put something in here!
How many city parks have some unkept or 'wild' area in them? OK, a couple do, but it's not the norm! This allows cache owners to put a container far far away from any coniferous trees!! 
FYI - City park means no caching between dusk and dawn.
Stage 1 - you will find a sign with a five digit number on it - replace the hyphen with a decimal and then SUBTRACT this number from;

This will lead you to Stage 2.
Stage 2 - you will find a sign which quotes a by-law. Take the two - two digits numbers of the by-law and add them to together to get a three digit number. Divide this three digit number by 1000 and SUBTRACT this number from;

****OR**** You see the sign at stage 2 but you don't think you can make it out? Take 30 steps (30 m) due east and you will be near a post just north of you, that is at a pedestrian entrance to the park. On the north face of the post, you will see by-law sign - the same by-law sign, and you can easily see the number on this sign. Take the two - two digits numbers of the by-law and add them to together to get a three digit number. Divide this three digit number by 1000 and SUBTRACT this number from;
