That's a Tower? Traditional Cache
Aoitori: Went on an extensive cache-maintenance run today. This one was most likely another victim of this year's very enthusiastic typhoons (if not earlier weather). Time to say goodbye. Thanks for all the logs!

Your car will have a hard time climbing this hill.
At the top of this hill is a lookout tower built out of the scaffolding used to build houses. I dont think it's official so I would stay off of it. Maybe someone has more information on this. It's a nice place to look at the coast. The road that you travel on to log the cache doesnt seem to go anywhere. I drove a ways down it and didn't get anywhere, so don't waste your time.
This cache is easy enough to find. Please be careful to place it back and make sure it doesnt fall out of it's hiding spot when placing it back.
