A magnetic nano at my favourite spot in Charlton Regis, a true hidden gem. The cache is wheelchair accesible although getting to the cache site is down a steep hill. There is NO parking at the cache site so it is ideal for adding to the rest of the caches in the Village.
If approaching on a bike, be careful as the road is steep and in desperate need of a new layer of tarmac.
Co-ordinates are subject to tree cover, but I think the location is easy peasy. Please be gentle when fumbling for him as I don't want him to go plop!
To make the most of the area, waterproof shoes, or better still, wellies are recommended. For geoKiddies, a change of clothes would not go amiss.
Rumour has it a car got stuck under the bridge during floods ages ago.
Stealth is required as this is a residential area.
Lots of places to eat, drink and be merry nearby :-)
