Windsor is a small community just off Highway one.Near this spot you will find a plaque dedicated to a small school that was erected here in 1873 after it had been decided that the previous schoolroom(located in a room at the General Store) was to small.Then in 1878 a new school, The Provisional School, was openned.This then became a public school in 1880 and remained open until 31st December 1971.The school was eventually sold on the 3rd of July 1978.
If you are looking for the Lord of the manor, you're out of luck as it's a private residence now
The cache is a green army flare container with a log book and little more, you will need your own inscriptional device.
