This is our take on a micro in ivy. Both of my children have loved
the making and setting up of this cache. It has been placed in a
wood with well marked footpaths. Little QC loves kicking the fallen
autumn leaves here. This is a fun cache for both children and
adults.
You can park in a choice of two locations. For a shorter walk,
please park at (P1) N51 26.459 W001 25.549 and walk the short
distance along the main road to the footpath sign (N51 26.492 W001
25.600). Alternatively, you can park near the school in Wickham and
walk up through the fields and horses ( P2= N51 26.678 W001
25.839). Parking at P1 is much easier if you have a buggy with you.
Our off-roading buggy coped very well with the terrain here.
Parking at P2 involves a 'kissing' gate, so please bear this in
mind if you have a pushchair with you.
There is a trig point very close to this cache - TP6935 Wickham
for the trig point collectors.
