When the cache was placed it contained some sticking plasters, and other items for minor geo-scratches and bites such as we frequently sustain in our Queensland geocaching. PLEASE NOTE: geocachers report ticks at this cache. The cache is hidden in the bush surrounding a very large sports oval opposite Gilston State School. There is plenty of parking and you should be able to park where you enter the bush. Depending on how busy the sports oval is and how many muggles are around you it should be easy to park and enter the bush. The cache site is screened from parking and from the oval. Park at S28 02.361 E153 18.617 for closest access to the cache. Photo shows where you can walk in to the bush. The ground is uneven, and strewn with sticks and branches so wear appropriate footwear, adults and children. Go past the first big tree to the second big tree. Use sticks to poke around amid the bark etc. This site also contains a model car racing track for electric cars. Photo shows details and times. Leave the contents for other cachers but feel free to swap anything you may need at the time of your visit.
