In the Lake Moore area, Moorebank

This cache is near to an archived cache that was called Satyam Ghaat, and was one of my first DNFs, in 2008.

Yes it is placed on or near the tower, not quiet sure why the tower is there, maybe it is a special caching tower...You are looking for a small lock & lock style of container.
