This cache is located at the scenic overlook off of State Highway 23. Here you will find breathtaking views of the Wyoming Valley and even a sight of the Infinity Room of the House on the Rock. Parking is located on either side of the highway. BE ADVISED: This is not open during the winter months!
You are looking for a black container, inside will have the coords to the final cache. The final cache is a camo taped tupperware container with a logbook.
