My Blue Circle Cache hasn't been found for quite some time, so it is time for a hint. This cache is a simpler version of Blue Circle Cache, with some more hints as well.

The travel bugs in this picture are: Center WDD 2007 Commemorative Geocoin; Clockwise from just after lower-right Seyegan, Indonesia, Sabara, Brazil, Tagawa, Japan, Montclair, United States of America, Jena, Germany, Bozova, Turkey, Shendam, Nigeria, Murom, Russia, Badajoz, Spain, Pontal, Brazil, Harsewinkel, Germany and Bislig, Philippines.
The first stage is like something I've used before. The second stage is a small-regular cache. Approach to both stages should be obvious, but ask me if they aren't.
