The mystery for this cache is easy to solve. Look at your
personal profile page under trackables. Have you moved or
discovered 500 trackables?
If you answered YES to this question, you can find this cache.
It is at the posted coordinates. If you answered NO and you log the
find, unfortunately, your log will be deleted.
When you log your find, write how many trackables you have moved
to date. An example looks like this: "As of today I have moved or
discovered 623 trackables....etc.,etc.,..........TFTC"
